Blood has red blood cells (which gives it colour), white blood cells (that are protecting us from pathogens) and platelets ( that are helping us with wound healing as they are enabling blood to clot). It is also full of nutrients, proteins, oxygen and carbondioxide and a very large % of blood is water.
