      Contributing to making the lives of patients and their families better

      Prolonging people’s lives and making a difference. Also another reward in my job is training and developing future researchers who will continue to research cancer and new drug treatments.

      I am a paediatrician and a scientist. And one of the best things about doing research as a medical doctor is being able to tell patients that we are not only trying to give them the best treatments available, but also working really hard to improve and develop new treatments.
