Question: does cancer mainly happen in people who have weaker immune systems

Generally no – cancer can happen in anyone. Cancer cells are very good at avoiding the immune system whether it’s working to its full capacity or not – which is one of the reasons it’s so difficult to treat. There’s a couple of studies to show links between immune disorders and certain cancer types, but those are only in cases of really severe immune diseases and the results aren’t very clear
