• Question: Does anyone do trainspotting and what is your favourite train??

      The only train-spotting I do is spotting the train I am trying to catch and getting on it! So my favourite ‘train’ is the East coast mainline because it gets you Edinburgh-London in just over four hours – so no need to fly!

      No, but my favourite train is one that mysteriously gets delayed when I’m late and convinced I’m going to miss it!

      This is not my hobby, but my favourite trains are the KTX in South Korea and Shinkansen in Japan. They are both known as the bullet train.
