  I was quite nervous moving up to Edinburgh because I’d never visited before … so I was moving to a completely new place! But I absolutely love it and think it’s a great city to work and live in. Most interesting? The diversity of people. It’s a very international city and there’s people from all of the over here. It’s great to learn about different places and cultures. I can’t believe how good the university is, as well as the research equipment I get to use. Edinburgh University was actually just named the 18th best university in the world to give you an idea! There’s lots of history in the city too .. did you know JK Rowling wrote the first Harry Potter book in a cafe here??
