Question: You say that you try to work out why accidents happen, and how they can be stopped etc. Do you ever work with companies such as the NTSB and other accident investigation companies, possibly to analyse collected data and learn about accidents which have already happened etc?

  Hi there. I answered this one but the answer has disappeared from the database. I use the information that organisations like NTSB collect to learn about how accidents happen. A lot of my work is “what if” work – if we did things differently, could we have stopped the accident.
