Great question. A good way to think about it is to compare the body to a country: just like Great Britain has thousands upon thousands of motorways, A roads, B roads, streets, railway lines and lots of things like electricity cables and gas pipes, the body has millions of things it needs to do each and every second and they all move along the highways (blood vessels, arteries, veins, nerves etc.) inside us. Its so complex that, just like the roads and railways, we need a computer to control everything we do. That’s why it’s needed!
