• Question: do you like your job and was it your dreem job when you where young

      I do like my job (a lot), but when I was young my dream job would have been a footballer. Deep down I still think I could do a job up front for Liverpool…

      I do love my job and I would say it is partly a dream job for me. I always wanted to be an explorer when I was younger but I feel that science is exploring. I also get to go exploring when I do my field work because often on field work we go to places that no tourists get to go. When I sailed to the Arctic, I got to see a remote volcanic island called Jan Mayen and I am one of the few people in the world who has ever seen it! You can see Jan Mayen in one of my pictures on my profile page.

      I do like my job. I think I’m really luck that I get up in the morning and go to work to do something I have CHOSEN to do because I enjoy it.

      My dream job is also a science job… I would lovelovelove to be an embryologist, someone who performs IVF.
