Question: Why do some people obsess over Chihuahua's

There is probably a combination of reasons why people like Chihuahua in particular. Some of it might be due to a social trend or fad. Another reason may lie in the appearance. We are naturally drawn to animals with big eyes and small heads, i.e. “cute” animals. The thinking is that we are drawn to them, because they look similar to human babies. Humans might have evolved to like and be drawn to these “cute” features, because it meant that we would take good care of our offspring and are therefore more likely to pass our genes to the next generation.
