From the University of Bath website it seems that the GCSE Requirements are: English grade C or 4 (or equivalent) Strong preference for Maths and Physics/Science at grade A or 7 or above (or equivalent

I don’t know what the specific criteria of Formula 1 are, but my guess is that you’ll have to be extremely good at your job.
