• Question: Have you ever thought of pursuing a career in the humanities?

      Of course! I’ve actually done that and enjoyed it very much. My previous career was in journalism. Also, I’ve done some lecturing, so I have acted as a teacher.

      I was really interested in Literature and briefly thought about studying it, but my passion for science won

      Yes, I like languages and I considered become a translator. I thought it would be great to translate movies, because I would get to watch lots of movies and also work with languages.
      So I hesitated a lot between that and science but I was told it was easier to study science first and then move into humanities than the reverse, and I ended up staying with science, although I live in a foreign country so I do get to talk a foreign language all the time.
