• Question: can are brains work in someone else's body?

      No, at least not with our current scientific knowledge. And I think it won’t be for a while. People who have had a spinal cord injury for example, and who are paralysed, can give you an idea of what would happen if we cut the brain of one person and tried to reconnect it to the body of someone else. The problem is that it is very difficult to fix these connections.

      To my knowledge, no brain transplant has been conducted so far. That would be a very tough one…
