Hi again koosa! The main thing is to study for 30 minutes and then have a short break of about 5-10 minutes. Your brain needs regular breaks or it will simply stop taking in information. During the break just relax. So plan what you will revise in 30 minute time slots.
Another good strategy is to revise similar subjects after one another as you will find it easier to store information that way. For example, your brain will find it more difficult to switch between physics and french/spanish, compared to physics and chemistry. When you switch between subjects take a slightly longer break – 20 to 30 minutes so your brain won’t be too shocked when starting something different.
It sounds like a lot of breaks but you will probably find you’ll take in more quality information this way and remember it for longer.
You can also train your memory in your spare time by doing simple memory tasks like remembering sequences of numbers like this 4, 6, 8, 7, 9, 22, 43, 67, 54. Try to remember as many as you can in the right order – with training you should get better at this!
