      Can I have two?
My first choice is oxygen because we’d die with out it.
My second choice is ceasium because it makes a big bang!

I suppose Silicon because it’s been so essential for the development of computers and it’s the element I use in my work all the time.

Hmm, my answer is going to be really engineering-y here… Ti or Titanium.
Titanium is an amazing element, and when alloyed with other elements creates a material that is amazingly strong and fantastically lightweight. It is an engineers dream to build things from Titanium!
