• Question: when we don't brush our teeth will we have germs on our teeth ? and how many germs would there be ?

      There are lots of bacteria in our mouth whether we brush our teeth or not. Some alcohol based mouthwashes may removed more bacteria and that may not be a good thing. The key is to remove the acid making bacteria that can damage our teeth.
      The amount of bacteria probably several billion or so,moot that I have counted them.

      Brushing your teeth will remove food and sugar which can effect the integrity of your teeth, just as much as removing some of the bacteria in your mouth. As to how many germs I’m not sure, but saliva is designed to clean and protect the mouth so i don’t think we can necessarily classify germs by good and bad…
