• Question: What do you use the liquid nitrogen for??

      We use it to freeze any samples that we take such as blood, fat and muscle. The longer these take to freeze, the more the genes and proteins are damaged. So the liquid nitrogen allows us to preserves all the genes/proteins as the samples freeze instantly.
