A very good question with lots of possible answers. When we were on the road with the exhibit fat body slim we had a quiz which asked thecsame question and the possible answers were apple, pear or carrot shape. The majority of people answered carrot!!! When we speak about obesity we only speak about pear or apple shape, we not have carrot which I guess means broad shoulders and a tapered body. Between apple and pear it is better to be a pear shape meaning having any excess fat around the bum/hips and not on the belly.
More generally, everybody has a different shape and as long as the ratio between muscle and fat is in recommended limit every shape is perfect;-)
