      These are made up of Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) and are the protein making factories in our cells

      They are small particles made of RNA and protein which are found in the cytoplasm of living cells….they help to translate the informations coded by the RNA into proteins which are the working block of cells

      Great question!!! We are studying how ribosomes are controlled in skeletal muscle in response to exercise at the moment as it happens 🙂 They are really important as that’s where all the cell activity takes place, with RNA being translated into functional proteins.
