• Question: how and why did you enter this competition

      Its all very well doing research, however you have to be able to communicate with the people that you are trying to benefit. Science is complicated and often difficult to describe to people what you are doing and why. So i was interested in this competition as it would give me the chance to hear what you all think about research and science and tun give me a chance to try and explain what we do and why

      I was told it is good fun!!! And so far I am enjoying every minute!! I like new challanges and also communicate my research to the public and students at school too. This gave me the oportunity to do both at the same Time!!!!! And entire some student to do research later on…hopefully you find what we do and why interesting!!!!

      A professor in my department won it last year and told me he had a great time. I really enjoy talking about health and science so I thought I would have a go
