I spend quite a lot of time teaching, today I will be in our dietetic lab (a big kitchen) looking at meals and how they could help with weight and diabetes
I also work at a European level linking Dietitians across countries working in diabetes as well as developing research ideas in practice.
Then there is supporting students with research, I have several students currently working on different projects.
Finally, quite a lot of writing, papers and research ideas mainly along with a little bit of media work.
So, it’s varied no 2 days are the same.
