That depends on how much you consume, how much exercise you do, how much other fatty food you ear, and the type of fruit as well 🙂
Some fruit is high in fat, such as avocado, but most fruit has very low fat content. So if you eat avocado once a week and have a balanced diet and good exercise that won’t make you obese. If you eat avocado and McDonald’s everyday and do not have enough exercise.. well I suppose you know the answer!
