      I would rank the options as follows: –

      1. Interesting job and nice work colleagues
      2. Interesting job and bad work colleagues
      3. Boring job and nice work colleagues
      4. Boring job and bad work colleagues

      It is really important to have a good working environment but the work you carry out every day also needs to interest you otherwise you won’t survive!
