Question: what is like working in the nhs?

The NHS is a great organisation to work for, there’s so many different people who do alot of different jobs that are able to work together and share ideas to help improve people’s health. I’m always busy at work because there’s always the next patient who needs our help.

There are challenges though because we’re such a big organisation and we only have a set amount of money to spend. That’s why the NHS is always looking for innovative ideas that can save money and improve patient care at the same time.
