I am not very healthy, but I am trying to improve! I’ve recently taken up running to lose a little bit of weight and to increase my fitness. I am also not very flexible – I cannot touch my toes! I am aiming to be able to do that by the end of this year.
I would say I was healthy but there is room for improvement in terms of my diet. There is plenty of cake on offer at the hospital and I think I have a little too much. Swing dancing and rowing keeps me active and has a sociable side to it too
For me I consider being healthy as having a good balance in what I eat and how much I exercise not one extreme or the other.
