        Dry ice is made from frozen carbon dioxide (CO2) and normal ice if made from frozen water (H2O). Dry ice is much colder than normal ice and it doesn’t melt and leave water everywhere. When it ‘melts’ it just evaporates into gaseous carbon dioxide.
