• Question: What would happen if I regularly consume a high amount of proteins?(Let's say twice the recommended dose?)

      Hi PineKid,

      I don’t think that it would be very good for you! Our bodies need a mix of carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals to stay healthy. Some types of people do each a lot of proteins e.g. body builders and some athletes, but they have to do a lot of exercise to turn the protein into mussel rather than fat.
