Question: what do you like apart from science

I love going travelling, I have always loved water. So I learned to scuba dive so I like to try and spend a couple of weeks each summer doing marine conservation.

I also do pottery every week, it’s great to spend time creating things that you can see and touch. Everything I make in the lab is so tiny that I can’t see it!
