      Hi
It can be, but its also great fun. I think you have to be a bit stubborn, when you’ve been trying to work out a problem for ages and nothing seems to work you have to come up with something new! It’s so worth it when you eventually work it out.

I love that I am doing different things everyday and get to organise my own time and work on things that are important to me.

      Hi

Yes, it can be tricky sometimes when things don’t work, and it takes dedication and work to get the qualifications you need. But it’s totally worth it though. I love my job, I get to do different things all the time and am always working out new things!

Yes it can be really hard – you have to deal with a lot of failure in experiments that you put a lot of effort into.

      Hi again

Yes, sometimes, but in a good way. I don’t deal as well with the boring bits of science, though. Sometimes there’s a lot of waiting.

      Hi!

Not really. Scientists need to work hard and sometimes science can be frustrating, but it’s the work I choose and I enjoy doing it.

An hard job for me would be working in a cave or in a factory for hours, or having to clean or go around collecting rubbish all day.

      Jess.
