        Hi, thanks for the question

Yes, they have. I worked on new diagnostic techniques for tuberculosis, so that helped people in a Developing Country to have a quicker test so they can get treated more quickly. I also discovered what bacteria are around in a hospital which helped the staff there to know the best ways to stop infection spreading. I worked with malaria parasites too to help people understand more about them so they could develop a vaccine. Now I am developing new antibiotics which I hope will help loads of people in the future!

It is very difficult to say, I hope they will. They shave certainly helped the people doing PhDs in my old group where I did mine.

        Hi

I’ve worked on a potential new medicine, it’s not available yet but the tests look good so far so hopefully it will be helping people soon.
