Love it. I am a ‘research and development chef’ for a catering company run by a close friend of mine and he just started doing buttermilk fried chicken. Incredible.
Get some buttermilk, marinade a chicken thigh in it that you have taken the bone out of for 24 hrs, then dust in flour, paprika, salt and pepper then deep fry….amazing (oops…I just gave away the secret recipe….that is probably the end of me)
