      Great question!

      It’s not quite friends at this stage. I’ve got a team of researchers who work with me on different projects, including the green energy generation using proteins. They’re my friends, but they’re not researching it because they’re my friend, but because they’re trying to get a degree.

      I’m not the only one working on these proteins. There are groups around the world with ideas on how to do this best. Some people are redesigning proteins, some people are finding new proteins in nature, some people are making new ways to make them last longer or give more power. We share our ideas, but they don’t help on the day-to-day experiments.
