      Hi Jay. People who study cosmology often try and work out the answer to this question. The first thing that needs to be decided before you can answer the question is, what shape is the universe? Open, flat or closed. By studying the amount of dark matter, energy and normal (baryonic) matter in the universe we try and decide which one of these it is. Current data suggests universe is flat – which means it is probably infinite. So it likely has no beginning or end. Since everything in the universe started at the same point (big bang) and then space has expanded at all points, you could consider that every point in the universe is the beginning… and the end.
