      The worst thing that has happened to me is deleting a lot of data that wasn’t backed up 😮 No explosions or anything of that kind…

      I once got the co-ordinates for a source completely wrong and started driving a giant telescope into the ground… fortunately the people who built the telescope were clever enough to include emergency stops for when that happened…

      It wouldn’t have been a very spectacular fail, but it would have been very expensive :-s
