• Question: Do you think that computers will become smaller but still hold the same amount of data? Maybe even the size of a watch?

      I don’t know, but it wouldn’t surprise me. There are really small computers now, and the space they take up is always getting smaller.

      The first computer I ever used didn’t have a hard drive like today’s computers. You could save data on a cassette tape (like a DVD that only stored sound — your mom or data might have listened to music on a cassette player as a teenager.

      The first computer that was only mine had a hard drive — and it was 40 MB’s big. Today, you’d have a MUCH bigger hard drive on a phone. Without a memory card, my phone has 153 MB — so nearly 4 times as much space. Good thing, too — you wouldn’t be able to fit a lot of music on that old 40 MB hard drive!!!
