      I find it fascinating that it is technically feasible, but I am aware that this is only the beginning of the story.

      I know a few people who have had it and I think it’s a good way of conceiving if you can’t do it the ‘natural’ way! I haven’t put a great deal of thought into that opinion though, as I’ve never had direct contact with it.
