Question: what is your favourite area of science to teach?

I like teaching practical skills such as how to use a pipette properly, or how to use a balance. In one job I used to do in Chemistry I had to weigh out 1.5 mg of sample, to 4 decimal places. That is accurate to 1 millionth of a gram. I think that it is amazing that we have the technology to do this.
