      My job is to understand the chemistry, the engineering of the plants we use. I need to find changes which are safe, but make the products better, faster.
      If we have a problem and make poor product, it is up to me , and the team, to solve the problem and make sure it does not happen again.
      In the end we want our customers to come back and buy more, and to tell their friends and colleagues that we make great stuff
