• Question: what comes first, the chicken or the egg

      The age old question! I like to think it was the egg, but then where did the egg come from…

      Both came together. I think the chicken arrived in a nice vehicle called the egg.

      At the risk of being too serious…. Chickens are a relatively recent result of evolution. Eggs have been around for millions of years (even dinosaurs laid eggs!), long before the chicken evolved. So I’d say the egg.

      The amphibian (soft egg, no shell) , followed by the dinosaur (egg, hard shell), then birds – in essence evolution
