• Question: in your field do women get the same respect that men do?

      In my field, I think women get more respect than men do. Especially when it comes to solving problems that require mathematics and physics. When a woman stands out as excellent then she gets respect. In a few of my Societies, women get paid childcare, travel and accommodation to help them attend scientific meetings. Some of these societies include the British Pharmacological Society, American Physiological Society and so on.
