• Question: How do electric eels survive? They are electric snakes in water basically, are they not? Water doesn't work well with electric.

      Electricty is very dangerous with water.This is not my area of research but I believe electric eels do accidentally shock themselves and other eels in water. The shape of their body and what it’s made from protects them from shocking their heart (which would kill them) but occasionally this does occur.
