      Not in the atmosphere, no. They do react to things like air bubbles in water though, so they can at least interact with air in that sort of environment.

      Some fish have good eyesight, they must be aware of the surface of water as a reflection, just as we see the surface of the sea. Look up archer fish – they shoot insects from the air
