Question: Do you ever wish that the government would listen to scientists more?? And if you do do you think they would take any action which would actually save any lives

There are times when I wish this. But not just the government. We all have a tendency to hear what we want to hear and it can be easy to do this, especially if what is being said is similar to what we want to hear, and especially if the subject is a bit complicated with arguments for and against. In such cases, even scientists don’t always listen enough to what other scientists are actually saying. So we all need to be careful to listen properly.
