• Question: What phone have you got? is it sciency???

      No its not sciency at all! It’s really basic and simple. I’ve lost so many that I dont want to buy a really expensive one!
      It’s a really simple Sony Erriccson.

      Hi jackpuddin. Not sciency at all, I am afraid to say. I live through my laptop, so have never found the need for an up-market phone.

      Now if there was a phone that could write papers for me, I might consider it…

      I have an iPhone, and I’m a bit obsessed with it. The technology is just incredible when you think about it, and I haven’t the faintest idea how it works.

      I have a Blackberry, it’s not particularly sciency but it does mean I can keep in e-mail contact with my boss – so it does facilitate science at least! However my main reason for choosing it, is that it is the modern day version of a brick phone. I’ve dropped it several times from ever increasing heights to no ill effect.

      Sorry to dissapoint but i have an old sony erricsson – not a fancy smartphone. Would love to have a phone with internet and satnav (and a teleporter!), but i never get round to buying one!
