  There are two questions there.
  
  Do I believe in animal testing? Definitely yes – sometimes there are just no other ways to test drugs or vaccines, and many products could never be licensed to help save human lives without it. As long as there is careful ethical monitoring and oversight, it is absolutely essential.
  
  Do I think it is a good way to test different products? Depends what products you mean. If you mean products like shampoos or cosmetics, then no – there is enough historic data out there from the past, we don’t need to repeat it.
  
  Maybe you have a different opinion though?
