Hi Martina, I’m sorry, I had already answered your question but apparently the website didn’t save my answer.
My days are hard in the sense that they are tiring. I read a lot during my work hours, to make sure I am up to date on what has been published, what new findings are there that can help me define the questions I want to ask and plan my experiments. This means that I learn new things every day and that is hard, because I need to think carefully about where the new information fits with what I already know. But it is fun for me, because I enjoy learning and I really enjoy reading. So it’s not hard in the sense that I can’t take it, it is hard in the sense that every day is a new challenge.
