Question: Has your love of music helped you in your career as a scientist in any way?

That is such an interesting questions and I’ve never thought about it before. Maybe – you have to be very hard working and independent to be a musician and takes lots of really hard criticism. That last bit has helped me when I send me work for peer-review where other scientists criticise it. Plus, i listen to music lots on my headphones in work to keep me calm or wake me up if I’m tired! I’m listening right now!
