      depends what you mean by aliens! But there almost certainly is life elsewhere in the universe, it boggles my mind that there wouldnt be. if there are potentially billions and billions of planets in the universe how could there not be alien life, the chances are just so so so small that earth is the only planet with life on. Look up the Drake Equation, its an equation that gives an estimate to the number of planets with alien life on.
