• Question: Why did Charles darwins theory of evolution happen?

      It didn’t happen as such; evolution has always been happening, we (or rather, Darwin) just didn’t find out about it until the 1800s! Darwin was one of the first scientists to find evidence of how evolution works, and document it all in a book called “On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection”. Because he wrote this book, it meant that more people could look at the evidence he presented and think about whether evolution was a valid theory or not.

      I’ve got a 1906 copy of “On the Origin” and I love it! 🙂
