We can get nosebleeds when some outside source injures our nose – such as getting hit in the face by a ball or blowing our nose too much or too hard. However, sometimes we get a nosebleed for seemingly no reason at all – in this case, the most likely reason is that the inside of your nose has become too dry and the sensitive lining of it has started to crack. Usually, a nosebleed is not a cause for worry, but if it persists or if it happens often, you should see a doctor to make sure it is nothing serious!
